One pathway, first swing to full time.
Tier 1 is a structured player-development pathway. Every player enters at the level that fits, and every level has clear standards, real coaching, and a defined next step.
Training follows the USTA American Development Model: age-appropriate stages from red ball to full-court tennis, individual development plans that combine technical, tactical, physical, and mental work, and advancement when a player is ready, not when a calendar says so. Placement starts with a coach evaluation; brand-new players start in Tier 1 Core, no evaluation needed.
The junior pathway
