How we handle your information.

What we collect

Email signups. When you enter your email in one of our update boxes, we store the address, the time, and which form you used, in a private spreadsheet available to club staff. We use it to send the updates you asked for: opening news, court rentals, membership, founding memberships, and Tier 1 training registration.

The interest form. The Tier 1 interest form is a Google Form. What you submit there (player details and contact information) goes to our team through Google Forms.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag to measure visits and signups and to run and measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and report site activity to Meta and Google. We may also enable Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Meta's and Google's own privacy policies describe how they handle this data.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Every update email includes a way to opt out, and you can reply to any email from us to ask that your information be removed. You can also limit cookies and tracking in your browser settings, in Meta's ad preferences, and in Google's ad settings.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts, Google Forms, and the Meta and Google advertising tools named above. Each processes limited technical data, such as your IP address, to provide its service.
